I spent years in corporate life performing fine on the outside while my nervous system was quietly falling apart. I didn't burn out dramatically. I just slowly stopped feeling like myself.

After rebuilding my own health through nervous system work, breathwork, and the tools I now teach — I opened Revival Wellness Studio in Massachusetts, where I help clients do the same work in person.
