Visiting & Booking

Appointments are recommended for all services. Walk-in availability depends on the day — call or check same-day availability before stopping by.
Comfortable clothing you can move in. For infrared sauna and red light therapy, many clients wear minimal clothing or nothing at all; towels are provided. We'll walk you through specifics when you book.
Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first session so we can get you settled and answer any questions before you start.
Parking is available on-site at 266 Main Street, Building One, Medfield.
Our hours shift seasonally, and since we're an appointment-based studio, we may not have staff on-site if nothing is booked for that window. Our general hours are Monday–Thursday 8am–8pm, Friday 8am–6pm, and Saturday 8am–4pm (closed Sunday in the summer) — but the most reliable way to know we'll be here is to book ahead rather than planning around the posted hours alone.

Memberships & Pricing

Reset ($99/mo) includes 4 credits, Recover ($199/mo) includes 10 credits, and Restore ($325/mo) includes 18 credits. Credits can be used across sauna, red light, compression, and most other modalities — Recover is our most popular tier for clients who want flexibility without overcommitting.
Credits can be applied toward the core modalities of infrared sauna, red light, recharge wave mat, nanovi, nucalm, cold plunge, and compression, so you can mix and match sessions based on what your body needs that week. Recover & Restore tiers include member pricing on BallancerPro.
Unused credits roll over for 30-days.

Yes — memberships come with a 3-month commitment. Recovery works best with consistency, not one-off visits, so this is less about a contract and more about giving your body enough time to actually feel the difference.

Yes, every service is available as a single session — memberships simply offer a better per-session rate for clients who visit regularly.

Service-Specific Questions

We recommend checking with your doctor before cold plunge if you're pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, or have any concern about cold exposure. Our cold plunge is kept at a women-friendly 50–55°F, which is gentler than a traditional plunge, but medical clearance is still the right first step for certain conditions.
This varies by goal, but most clients who use it for regular recovery come 2-4 times per week. We can help you build a cadence that fits what you're working toward.
Endermologie is a mechanical massage technology that supports body contouring, cellulite reduction, skin laxity, and lymphatic drainage. Results build over a series of sessions rather than after one visit.
Reiki is an energy practice, not tied to any particular religion. Sessions are gentle and hands-on (or slightly above the body), and most clients describe it as deeply relaxing rather than anything they need prior experience with.
Red light therapy uses red and near-infrared light on the skin's surface to support collagen and reduce inflammation. Infrared sauna uses heat that penetrates more deeply to promote sweating, relaxation, and muscle recovery. Many clients pair the two.

Policies

Life is unpredictable, and we plan for that — but out of respect for our other clients and our schedule, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are responsible for the full cost of the session.
